How to brew; our guide

 

Our tips and tricks for the perfect brew ; so you can get the most out of your blends.

 

The hot brew

- We recommend using 1 tsp of herbs per 250ml of water

- Add herbs to your cup or teapot and cover with a dash of cold water*

- Pour over boiled water

- Infuse for 3 - 5 minutes, covering your cup to catch the aromatics if you wish

- Enjoy 1 - 3 refills

*doing so protects the delicate herbs, helping to retain their vitamins, nutrients and subtle flavours

 

 

The iced brew

To Prepare:

- To make a tea concentrate, we recommend using 2 tsp of herbs per 250ml of water

- Add herbs to your cup or teapot and cover with a dash of cold water*

- Pour over boiled water as per ratio

- Infuse until cool

- Strain and use straight away, or keep in the fridge and drink within 72hr

*doing so protects the delicate herbs, helping to retain their vitamins, nutrients and subtle flavours


To Serve:

- Fill a glass with ice

- Pour over one part tea concentrate to two parts sparkling water, or fill to the top

- Add fresh herbs, fruits, or whatever your heart desires!

 

Some iced flavour combinations we love :

  • Revive with fresh mint, lemon and cucumber
  • Repose with fresh berries, lemon, mint and watermelon
  • KLG with fresh lemon and ginger
  • Bloom with fresh lime
